so if you are at 43 cold, I think you could be close or over 50 when hot.

I've always assumed tyre pressures should be checked when cold, so surely tyre manufacturers recommended pressures should also be adhered to when cold.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.
