MY12 SDV6 Restricted Performance Error
Sup D3/D4 owners. This has plagued me for a while now and seems to be getting worse. Sometimes fine (around town) but get the speed / boost up and it will fault on every trip to the Red Triangle. I've had the yellow EML too but that stays off more often than not.
Now, technically, personally, I think I have a boost leak as I can hear a large expanse of air rushing out of somewhere when the 2nd turbo should effectively be kicking in. I can even make the air stop and build up again by being selective with the gears (ie, 7th or 8th at 35-40mph, no air, but no power either) let the speed build up, eventually, and you then get the air rushing again.
It's not ideal to drive, very sluggish past 40mph but will eventually get up to speed so I'm thinking sticking Turbo actuator.
Sadly, my copy of Mongoose disc 2 has a scratch on it, so I can install it to my laptop. Got it booked in as car under warranty still.
Just wondering if people think my diagnosis might be correct. I mean it could be the inlet manifold, but I would think the air rushing noise would be there all the time and the MAP sensor would cause the EML and Restricted Performance error to come up quicker than it does.
Thoughts?

Let us know what the fix was when its repaired
PS 23.1mpg average fuel seems very low for an SDV6. I get around 30-31, mostly M27/A3 daily runVisitor from fullfatrr.com
