Tuff-trek TT-H2 awning

Chaps, if you've got one of these fixed to your Discovery can you open the tailgate easily with side walls attached? I've searched for pictures of one but can't find any of the tailgate setup.
How would you rate it for short trips?
Any pictures or feedback on their use would be appreciated.

I have mine attached to a Front Runner rack using the L brackets supplied with the awning and mounted in the upright position to increase the distance from the roof. I also have an OEM ladder attached and it just about clears it.

I do have the side walls having bought the whole kit. It suits me and my purposes, which is mostly mounted to the side of my Sankey.

Do a search on here for TT-H2. I'm sure others have them. Thumbs Up
