Drivers Electric Seat

All,
My driver's electric seat has stopped working along with the window controls on the driver's side.
The electric windows control work on other windows.
Also, the Seat memory does not function.

Is this all controlled by a single module?
If so anybody knows where it is?

I have checked the fuses and all ok.

Help I hate driving with the driver's seat in such a low position.

Thanks

I assume the D4 is same as D3, at the front underside of the drivers seat there is a plastic cover, it is held with 4 spring clips in each corner, it pulls off towards the pedals with great force and reveals all the plugs, the main incoming power plug is held in position with a central screw, check all connections and for any wires that may have been damaged by the seat movement.
The memory module is under there also.
Put a spot of grease on the retaining clips on the cover before replacing to assist removal next time.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Have you checked F40 in the glove box, Driver's door switch pack? Should be a 5A. Had a similar problem on my MY13 and the fuse kept being blown by a wire shorting in the driver's seat when the lumbar support was adjusted.

D4 MY13 HSE Lux - RLD/IID BT
P38 RR - Sad parting
110 - Even sadder parting
S3 88" - Still going strong after 23 years of ownership Smile

Yes unfortunately I have checked F40 and F42 and both ok.

Just had the front of the seat off and there is 12v to both of the large cables heading into the connector.

So the wire that flexes appears to have power through it.

Looks like it will be an into the garage job and find out what box under there is toasted.
