Disco 4 on 16 plate has a cracked rear sunroof glass on the inside.
Has anyone else has a sunroof glass crack on the inside.
We noticed the crack when the vehicle had only 17,000 miles and less than 18 months old. Just cabhappy

If the crack is on the inside, wouldn't that suggest that its a fault with the glass panel rather than damage from the outside ?

Yes, The Land Rover dealer from where I bought this car Have had it back in twice.
The "land Rover" assessor has now come back to say it it is not a land rover fault.
I am considering contacting their customer services.
I was just wandering if anyone else has had this problem.
I have read that older Disco 3s have had the roof glass shatter range rover evoque have roof glass problems.
As the vehicle has very few miles, I have not towed with it as tow ball missing, I feel it is an assembly issue.

I have collected my disco 4 from the Nationwide car repair service.
The cracked glass has been replaced by my insurance company.
The specialist glass repairers told the workshop manager that they have replaced several land rover glass roofs. This appears not to be an isolated occurrence.
There is no sign of a cause for the glass to crack.
Can anybody point out other posts that I have not found on this issue.
