Try:
1. SAS reset
2. Brake Park Switch
3. You may have water in the ECU2016 D4 Landmark

Thanks Narpy,
Picture 01 appears on ignition while picture 02 appears when I drive.
I don't think switching off ignition resets it as what i describe above repeats on next key in and drive cycle.
Thanks,
Mo

Thanks Mini8334,
Brake park switch ordered (hoping for 29th delivery).
I'll check ECU as suggested and do SAS reset once brake switch fitted. I assumed the ECU is the one behind the battery component, right?
Cheers,
Mo

Yes - behind the Battery.
You can remove the battery to access, have a look and ensure connections but if it has water ingression it would need to go into the garage.
To get the SAS rerest I went to the garage for a very cheap front wheel alignment and they reset it after (make sure they do) That cleared mine. 2016 D4 Landmark

Update
Changed the Brake light switch on Saturday. Bought two brand new Tyres today and got the alignment done as well but issue still persists.
Would check out the ECU before the week runs out.

Not really! I've not had time to check out the ECU as I've been on a week long round trip from Essex to Glasgow, Blackpool and only came back on Monday.
Will definitely have a look this weekend but I'm thinking of taking it to geoff to sort out. He and Disco-Mickey did my Cam-belt/ water pump change sometimes ago and I'm quite impressed with their expertise.
Thanks for checking on my progress.
Regards

Unfortunately geoff not available to sort me out, very busy.
I recently saw a tread on height sensor on the forum and I think that may be my issue as my vehicle do come up 30m max blah blah blah, once in a while but it clears off after some time. I do have the suspension fault warning on start up though- Just want to be sure before splashing out on a new compressor!
Then I also noticed that my rear wheels do raise up very high especially after reversing but front wheel is always on normal heights, So I think perhaps there's nothing wrong with my compressor.
