P2229-17 barometric pressure circuit high input error code

Hello,

When I checked error codes with IIdtoll i'm getting this error for engine:

P2229-17 barometric pressure circuit high input error code

Can somebody help me to repair this error or what must be checked first?

The car is Discovery 3 2.7 TDV6, year 2007
