Can stereo vux500490 replace vux500430?

Does anyone know if I can replace my D3's radio/stereo model VUX500430 (one CD) with model VUX500490 (six CD)? Pictures attached.

6 CD models usually have an amplifier under the seat.

It just possible it may work, but no guarantee

There is an additional connector at the back of the 6CDs, which is not found on the 1CD model. If it is just the power output to an amplifier, I would say it might work. Anyone who would know for sure?

is an optical bus output
For lcd display, amp etc

Then I'd say there is a good change it will work, as the other two connectors are equal.
