Apologies for resurrecting my earlier thread, but just watched a feature on BBC 'Coast' that sent shivers through my spine.

Just like a multitude of 'pigeon coops' being transported over water.
Why would any sane person want to travel like that ...... popping down to the 'feeding station' whenever they need fed.
Then descending like a plague of locusts in any port they decide to infest!
