So I bought this wing of ebay advertised as a 2007 D3 wing, the seller said all D3 after 2007 had a vent in the N/S wing !! Obviously they don't so I took a gamble assuming it would be a D4 wing.
Wing arrived and I measure it and it seems to be the same length as my standard D3 wing... On closer inspection I can see what looks like a join (weld) in the middle of the wing.
It looks like 1/2 D3 1/2 D4 wing.
Has anyone ever seen one of these? Not sure I will use it as I might just facelift it but UN-decided at the mo.

I've no idea of course if LHD ones would have the hole in the left wing though

Looks to me as though someone wanted to make their D3 look like a D4, so they made this one up. That way they could fit a nearside vent with the proper pressed cutout.
I think you've been had as there's only (as far as I can find) one part Nº listed for the nearside D3 wing i.e. ASB780030. The top hole doesn't look great, from the photo, and I'm not sure I'd fit it. Could be trouble with rust later on in the join area.
I bought it from someone who was going to use it to make his D3 look newer, not sure where he got it from though..
No rust on it and its not a bad job, just the paint has cracked a little on the outside.
I not been had as I took punt on it, if my truck was black I would fit it, not sure I can be bothered to get it sprayed..
