Meyle heavy duty front lower arms
Fitted new Meyle heavy duty front lower arms today from A/F, the outer steel part of the rear bush seems too long and is touching or very nearly touching the mounting bracket on the chassis, the outer steel on the old ones was level with the end of the arm. Would some kind chap that has or had these arms fitted please have a quick look at theirs to see if they are the same.

I'm not a fan of Meyle products. I've written a similar response in another thread about arms.
Different vehicle I know, but I put a set of Meyle HD arms on a VW passat, which I've run for 130K miles.
They lasted less than 1 year, even though the blurb talks about engineered improvements.
For the VW, Febi are the best bet.
I complained directly to Meyle, and got a complete new set of HD arms, and these are now beginning to fail.
I'm not impressed by the product. Richard
