where he explains how to fix the 'cd error' on his 6 disc multichanger, seems one of the problems that causes the error are broken transit brackets, I've stolen his photo to highlight the problem
As can be seen the only damage to the bracket is the little tang in the middle hole breaking off, I wonder if anyone with a 3d printer could replicate these brackets as using Nelly's write up it may be possible to bring some of these units back to life.

Maybe, a small metal pin same diameter, heated till red, and insert into plastic till right depth?
Cannot see the thickness op plastic so maybe not possible
