I asked a couple of times to confirm who the first owner was (think they knew all along)
eventually asked to see the V5 to try and understand where it had lived?...
Unfortunately, the V5C document is almost certain to read "The previous registered keeper" as being:
Jaguar Land Rover Limited
Land Rover Company Vehicle MCP,
125 Heyford Park,
Camp Road,
Upper Heyford,
Bicester.
OX25 5HA
And that's irrespective of what it was used for and by whom it was used.
I don't mean to put anyone off buying these cars; from my experience of having bought three of them now, they can be extremely good, but they can sometimes be a bit rough too. 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
2015 - 2017: 2 x D4
2017 to date: FFRR SDV8
2023 to date: FL2 as a second car
2021 to date: Hinckley built ‘14 Triumph Trophy 1200
2022 to date: Hinckley built ‘14 Triumph Trophy 1200 & sidecar!

My concern was the condition of the paint, Black and had lots of swirl marks even though it had already been prepped, they said another full body mop could be done but it just suggested it had not been cared for that well to start with
I've had to borrow the same, LR Assist, loan RRS from my local dealer on two ocassions. As previously mentioned, it's an "O" registered LR Management car.
Despite it having black paint work, it was put through the dealer's roll over car wash before being given to me on both ocassions!! That one will have plenty of swirl marks in the paint by the time that it appears on the Approved Used stock list 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
