Hereford Landrover Dealer - Fir Tree Ltd |
|
Just a quick post to say how pleased we were with the service provided at this dealership. We turned up unannounced and I had enquired about a warranty replacement for my faulty washer bottle (I had the Low Coolant problem). We booked the Disco in for a few days' time. We were still browsing around the dealership when the technician came over and asked if we'd like it fixed now! He checked the serial number and confirmed he had the replacement parts, and then went ahead and did it.
Bearing in mind that this was 11:45 and the service department closed at 12:30, this was clearly a technician out to please. And so he did, as did the rest of the dealership.
This was my first experience of the dealership now that we have moved up here. A good first impression. SideSlope

Must agree they droppped everyting to have a quick look at mine when i was visiting family at xmas time. Thought i had an oil leak but couldn't find where it was coming from. They took it straight in and on a ramp to check luckily all clear. POT NOODLE NAVIGATION CHALLENGE 2010 WINNER
