Suspension query

I usually keep my Disco parked in access height and drop it when going shopping to ease loading the bags in the back. My question as the car does sit for most of the week not moving is will having it at access height a lot of the time do any harm long term or is it a case of because I am lifting and dropping it it will be less likely to cause problems or damage to the air system? 2006 TdV6 HSE.
