Hello all, SWMBO has noticed that when she puts pressure/turns to the right or right hand down that there is a metallic squeel/screech coming from the offside drivers front wheel. This disappears as soon as you take the pressure off or straighten the wheels. There is no nose left hand down Before I go whipping the wheel of when I get home does anyone have any thoughts? A stone behind the brake shield maybe? Or does it sound more sinister. Ill be there in a minute!!!

Sounds like something trapped like a stone, any noise when braking?

It may be brake pads as the off side does not have a brake pad sensor on it, or unless she or you have got offside and right hand down mixed up a wheel bearing. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

My thoughts were maybe a stone?? It's on the drivers side front when you turn right only. No noise on breaking and no noise when turning left? It has been kin for the old left and right to get mixed up !! Ill be there in a minute!!!
