Door scuff guards
Has anyone fitted any kind of door scuff guards to their Discovery? I am toying with it and looking for recommendations from anyone who has. The two main types are either plastic or shiny stainless. Am leaning more towars the plastic tbh as the shiny ones will just mark again over time. Thoughts please?

have fitted 2 sets now on our recent cars..both polished stainless with logo..certainly saves the paint and looks smart
There used to be LR branded ones
& ones sold on here ?BREXIT - done properly.

D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

I'm refering to the ones that go along the lower part of the door shut on the body not the external strips. I did look at one silver disco with outer strips fitted and they looked odd tbh.2006 TdV6 HSE.

I bought a set with 'Discovery' written on them from this site a good few years ago and they still look quite good. A few marks on them but they have worn pretty well.
I chose the ones reading "Discovery", but I believe that they also offer "blank" ones.

I used the carbon fiber stick on ones. I think they look sharp and not too blingy

I went for the plain black stick on ones similar to the carbon ones pictured about. They have a slight grainy feel to them. Got the set for £15. Fitted them today. Look really smart. Will get some pictures tomorrow.2006 TdV6 HSE.
