Whilst they basically share a platform all the difference is in the distance from the rear axles to the rearmost point of the rear chassis member.
So, if you got the RRS exhaust system for a bargain price, then it might be economical to have the rear mufflers re-positioned by putting an extension in front of them.
And I can't recall if it is 450 mm as the difference but I'm too lazy to check Google or other references...LeighW

* first ran a bearing (design failure in original engine)
* second had a failure of the water outlet on top of the engine (pls check yours)
