D4 dash H removal question.

I'm fitting a second phone mount up by the indicator stalks as below but have to run a lightning cable to that area.



I could just have it hanging down but that's going to get in the way so thought about running it up behind the H. How easy is it to get the H trim off? Take brave pill and pull from the bottom? I'm assuming there is enough wiggle room behind the H to run a cable from the ciggie lighter area?

Jut tries to get that trim off. No way is that bit of trim coming off so cable snaking across dash it is. Confused
