Central locking going haywire

Hi All,

I hope someone can help me.

My 2006 disco 2.7 v6 HSE has developed a electrical fault. The central Locking, radio and heater fan goes haywire without the key in the ignition. It stops when you put the key in the ignition and turn it on. the when you remove they key it does it again. There is a message on the dash saying hand brake module faulty?. It was away for the passed 3 weeks. Getting jobs done to it. It got a new battery. Got the instruments sent off to a instrument specialist and replaced the small cans in the cluster. I got it back today. Drove it around with a few stop offs. All good I thought. I parked it up for a few hours. Went out to it. I pressed the unlock and it was going mad. I had to disconnect the battery.

I am at a loss now. Sad

Hope someone knows what could be wrong.

Thanks in advanced for any suggestions.
