Massive judder when coasting, but only in 5th gear?

Hi,
I have a 2006 D3 tdv6 auto, 200k miles. (EU3 emissions wise? No dpf)
The engine has been tuned at some point, and egr is blanked.
When I drive it, the engine runs normal most of the time.
Except when 5th gear is engaged, and engine has very low load. Then the engine starts juddering and the car is shaking badly. When I press or lift the throttle, it immediately goes away, I cannot reproduce this in any other gears which puzzles me, because I thought it to be a injector thing. I had a failure code on an injector (below 650 in 'open time'), so I replaced this, I thought it helped, but it didn't. Also cleaned the sensor in the intake manifold (in the middle on top) with brake cleaner.
It's been like this for about 12k miles,
It does not matter if the engine is hot or cold. I've tried adding some fuel additive (injector cleaner) in my last tank fill, but no change in behaviour.
No faults have been logged with the engine or gearbox since injector replacement.
Gearbox and converter has been replaced, think this was at about 170k miles, not that it matters, because I don't know what they slipped in, and I don't have the classic judder under load where the torque converter is slipping.

Any tips from the wise ones?

Have you checked the center bearing on the prop-shaft?.

Well, that wasn't it. Just did some repairs underneath, but central bearing on propshaft is like new.
I have no sign of lockup issues, when box have driven a couple of miles, all gears lock up as they should without slipping. I can also find the judder symptom fresh out of the pit with cold box not locking up (first mile or so) in 4th gear. So i still think it's an engine problem.

Did you change the right injector as I believe they are numbered differently?

Hi, thanks for chipping in, yes, the correct injector was replaced, and values look better now, I did get a fault code on injector before replacing from time to time, but not after.
Are there any sensors or such that may provoke this sort of behaviour?

The egr valves are blanked. Can it be a leaky air hose? No whoosing sounds though, and the accelleration is nice, quicker than my non chipped one that i previously had.
