Boot lid

Try pushing the two lock and unlock buttons on your dash together keep them pushed for a few seconds, and the boot should open!!
 Beanie grill , detangoed , waxoiled, disco3 sticker, rear tints, spare wheel protector, fantastic BAS Remap, three flash indicators, reverse lights follow me home. EGRs blanked. AMK compressor upgrade. D4 rear lights. DAB radio replacement.

tried it already but still wont open.if i used the keys i can hear clicking but wont open..

i rung the land rover specialist £168 to diagnose it..i think parts and labor will be expensive too.
too much for this car..spent nearly £5000 for 3 years..need to wait until it breaks then change it to a proper car..

it would be better if you posted this in the D3 section and not the wheels and tyres part, but its a well known issue - just do a search. It sounds like the end has come off the release cable.

When you say when you use the keys, what do you mean by this as there is no key hole in the tailgate? Confused

Most probable suspect is the cable end having snapped off but your description is vague. Rolling Eyes
