Confused. Which NGK Spark Plug for 5.0L ??

Confused. Which NGK Spark Plug for 5.0L ??
I am getting conflicting part numbers for the correct NGK Iridium plug to use. Some sites show:
NGK 94940 (ILKAR7C10)
and some show:
NGK 95843 (ILKAR6C10).
These are identical plugs but different heat ranges. Which one is correct?

A little more sleuthing and it all makes sense. The 7C10 replaces the 6C10. Weird the heat range changed..
