Compressor fault code
C1B21 - compressor brush card temperature sensor circuit ?If someone is in the front passenger seat I get the yellow suspension warning ? Any ideas what the above means ? TIA
Hi, the ECU is on the side of the footwel, next to the door fitting..., under the seat there is supposed to be nothing from the Suspension Department....
Is it, that maybe the passenger could cause movement one the ecu or cables going there?
If You want to test that its just the switch of the seat cushion, put something heavy from the back on the seat, while driving. This sensor is for the Seat belt indicator a.o..
If after that the EAS warning comes on, You know, its really the seat contact....
But I wouldnt asume that...
Maybe try to find this ECU I mentioned, t'must somewhere behind the carpet, and watch out for loose cables or broken/loose connector.
Watch out, if it is wet somewhere there...do You have sunroof?
Good luckTDV6MY07-automatic-LHD-noDPF-iidbt-ffrrMod

This is how she is sitting now ,Not very nice to drive
Lots of fault codes, I'm lucky I could take the aftenoon off for this...
Fault Codes are good to know, even better, when they come with the additional Index behinf the five-digit code...
Regarding the code : C1A27 (system knows 3types of a code C1A27-; as there is ...12, ...14, ...29)
simple checks to carry out @home would be:
Interchange the relay #7 with relay #9
Or check this:
Check/replace fuses 3E and 10E as necessary. (taken from service/diagnose handbook)
Why:?
I case the relay is sticking You can test with the same model, temporalily not needed.
If the compressor is now running, while before didn't .... Successful Step Up...
And now:?
Check Fault Codes again, not changing anything else.TDV6MY07-automatic-LHD-noDPF-iidbt-ffrrMod

C113192
Air supply, unable to pressurize gallery
- insufficient pressure from compressor
- Detached air pipe Loose or burst air pipe
- Reservoir valve block pipes incorrectly fitted (unions reversed)
- Pressure sensor fault
What to do?:
Visually inspect the system for air leakage. Check the reservoir valve block pipes for correct routing and installation.
What to listen to:?
In case the compressor is running, listen for the noise of air leaking....on the right hand side in the front, in right hand side in the middle and behind the rear wheel.... (where the the three valve blocks and the air tank are located)

But don't know about question mark number four.

Hi Sandor,Had an air bag replaced which solved it for a week. Now amber light is back on Getting fault Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery ,I'm going to look at the compressor exhaust tomorrow and see if it's clogged up. Will report back (if the rain stays away)
