Hi all,
I have the disco 3 with the 2014 conversion, the LED strip doesn't stay on by default, i need to keep the side lights on, i would like to have this turn on when ignition/engine is on, i have seen DRL controllers on ebay, not sure how good they are or what brands are good. what do you all think? is this the best way of doing it? does anyone have any experience? i dont think the LED strip dims when goign on dipped beam, i may be wrong, i need to get someone to turn it on while i take a look, and also not while indicating id assume like the original car. these DRL controllers on ebay have a nice 30 sec delay feature and also dim/flash when you indicate and when the dimmed beam is on, the power to the LED strip is decreased by 40%, when i say LED strip, i mean the side lights on the 2014+ lights.
