Yes. Two year. Having a little struggle with the dealer about paying excesses though.

Don't get me wrong, I'd rather pay the £100 excess than the £999 quoted they quoted last year to replace them, and the £100 excess rather than the £750 quoted this year. But why should I have to pay it twice????Front Runner Rack, OEM Ladder & RAI, Tuff-Trek Foxwing, B'rakhah Ingonyama Expedition Trailer, RLD's Spare Wheel Protector, Bodsy's Bars, Empty Pockets! Are they knocking? Or is it an MOT station looking for work? My D3 Build Thread
The station isn't doing the work, they've just carried out the MoT. I've asked the 'old' ones back. What do you mean by excess? Surely if the parts fail within the two years, it's up to them to sort it?
Or are they trying to get you to claim against the warranty you have?

For the works done in 2016 (quoted at £999), Warranty Direct paid and I paid a £100 excess, £50 for the nearside and £50 for the offside.
Warranty Direct are again footing the bill (£750) and again want the two £50 excesses paid. My argument
to the dealer is that I'm looking for them (the dealer) to re-imburse me last year's excess as the parts they supplied and fitted weren't fit for purpose.
I know it's a long shot, but you have to try.Front Runner Rack, OEM Ladder & RAI, Tuff-Trek Foxwing, B'rakhah Ingonyama Expedition Trailer, RLD's Spare Wheel Protector, Bodsy's Bars, Empty Pockets! Member of Gloucestershire & Worcestershire 4x4 Response.

Yeah, sorry what I'm getting at is I though dealer fitted parts had a 2 year parts and labour warranty on it. So they should fully foot the bill, and claim back from LR. Or do I have that wrong?

You are right, but they couldn't do it in a timely manner. From what I was told yesterday, they wanted the car back on Wednesday (tomorrow) and couldn't diagnose until later in the week and then perhaps not complete any works until next week.Front Runner Rack, OEM Ladder & RAI, Tuff-Trek Foxwing, B'rakhah Ingonyama Expedition Trailer, RLD's Spare Wheel Protector, Bodsy's Bars, Empty Pockets! Agree. And they will be getting the bushes back, but I'm not expecting much.Front Runner Rack, OEM Ladder & RAI, Tuff-Trek Foxwing, B'rakhah Ingonyama Expedition Trailer, RLD's Spare Wheel Protector, Bodsy's Bars, Empty Pockets! Member of Gloucestershire & Worcestershire 4x4 Response.

Ah I see. Very convenient they can't do it quickly to help you!

If this was my doing, fine, I accept the inconveniences, but it's not. They've not been at all helpful. No offer of a loan car during initial discussions. Just an implication that they'll get to it when they can. Hence the reason for using the local indy.Front Runner Rack, OEM Ladder & RAI, Tuff-Trek Foxwing, B'rakhah Ingonyama Expedition Trailer, RLD's Spare Wheel Protector, Bodsy's Bars, Empty Pockets!
