Huge thumbs up to Hannah at HIDS4U today for brilliant customer service. I needed a specific replacement cable for my GVIF unit and she spent a long time helping to identify the cable - which isn't normally sold separately - searching through her spares box and to top it all off, sending it out FOC to me! It's a long time since I received customer service of such high quality! Long may they continue.
As a point of interest the GVIF unit would have been unusable without the cable.
