Whole cubby/centre bit where you put your arm removal

You know the bit where the fridge goes, and you rest your arm on while driving (no armrests in mine)?

Well mine seems loose, ie, the whole thing doesn't seem fixed properly at one side.

Any pointers to how to check the fixings and how to remove?

Cheers

I need to replace the silver bit around the gear selector knob and the little coin tray.

Are there more screws?
