Track rods and ends
While preparing the D3 for it's MoT, I think I have found some movement in the track rod where it is attached to the rack. I understand that there the rods come in 2 sizes 12mm and 14mm - I believe I have one of each fitted currently. If I fit new track rods and ends does it matter if they are 12 or 14mm - any difference to the ball joint taper? Is 14mm preferable to 12mm?

If one needs replacing they both do, buy a pair they are cheap enough and you can't go wrong, may need tracking afterwards
Apparently D4's are both the same, D3's aren't.It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

So I'm just checking that's £72 for the pair... not £90 each as the main stealer just quoted me...? They said over £700 fitted including vat
