Every now and then the radio will turn on for one reason at all. Came out tonight and it was on. Car is locked so no one inside and turning it on. Only does it very occasionally. Any ideas plus it's a base unit.

Mine did it for a few weeks after unlocking with the remote, if I didnt open a door for a few minutes the volume would be at the max and then pressing the radio on/off button put the radio to the last station and volume listened to.
Didn't get to the bottom of it but its stopped doing it now but now when the ignition is switched off, the bass and treble reset to the middle setting every time.
Mine is the high line 6 cd changer.
I did change a few settings on the CCF and since then it is behaving. (the settings didnt have anything to do with the radio)

Mine wouldn't turn off ! Had issues for ages, eventually changed the head unit and all is well. James favourite hobby is writing in the third person.
