Another newbie question

Below the steering wheel there is a compartment, which appears to have a spring loaded handle. The catch just flaps at the minute and I suppose I'm asking if I need to get this sorted while the car is under dealership warranty.

It's not a handle, it's an air vent.
Keeps your crown jewels cool when the aircon is on. Very Happy

So it should be a bit flappy? The vent that is, not the Crown Jewels.
