auto gearbox

I need help with my newly acquired discovery 3.

When It has changed up the box and am traveling just holding my speed there id a judder. If I take my foot off the accelerator it stops also when I accelerate It drive through the judder. this only happens at 50 plus mph. (no noise smooth gear change ) suggestions please
