Cost of new clutch?

Hi
I thought things were going too well for last 3 thousand miles. Now I think clutch is slipping. Any idea how much it should cost to change at an indie garage?
Thanks in advance. I have Landrover disease
10 Series Landys including 1948 Series 1 (all now gone)
A forward control 2b (ex bt)
A beige V8 County Defender (sold to a friend, now ex friend when he realised fuel consumption)
One Defender (sadly departed)
3 Disco 1's (all moved on to better places) 2 Disco TD5 both now departed
Currently D3 with facelift.

I'm sorry to say I do know how much it costs. Too much to do it twice. Plan to have £1200 available and you might get a coffee and a bun on the way home. A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

I paid £1200 at an Indy for the clutch, flywheel and slave cylinder IIRC.

That was 7 years ago, with parts bought from LR due to the warranty they offer.

By a well known indie near me Thumbs Up D3 57 xs Stornaway grey
D2 02 commercial silver gone but a great servant and won't be forgotten

Thanks for the prices. Big Cry Makes me wince but there you go, I wouldn't drive a disco if I intended to have a life without financial woes Exclamation
