Black D4 with RAI......pictures wanted!
Does anyone have any photo's of a black D4 or Black colour coded D3 with a raised air intake fitted?
I'm seriously tempted now!

I like the look of it on that silver one.
Derek, are the tyres in that last photo slicks? The tread seems barely enough for them to be offroad tyres. MY91 110 CSW, so long ago I can barely remember it - sold

That's a well old photo, car was still shiny then. Plenty tread on those bad boys at the time, they'd just gone on. Like your kuhmos/sand digger-inners.
And talking of off-roading, how's your old D3 doing?

Crankshaft cracked, apparently. Engine is being rebuilt by a LR dealer who knows the car well and will do a good job. I'm looking forward to seeing it on the road at the end of the month.
As for me, I'm waiting for the new Deafener. MY91 110 CSW, so long ago I can barely remember it - sold

Re crankshaft crack, ouch! Still at least it's not terminal or exceed the depth of pockets of new owner.

At last a pic of a black car. Mine was only pretending to be black.
And it no longer has the RAI fitted. Was a lot of hassle to get it off for windscreen replacement and CBAed trying to get it fitted again.
