Flexible valve extender for spare wheel

Hi,

My spare is totally flat. I read in a thread somewhere that there's a practical way to stay on top of this with a valve extender. I've looked on ebay but I'm just seeing solid metal ones. Does anyone know what I am describing and where I can get it from?
