Help car back after having recon engine replacement
Can anyone help? Got my car back after having the engine replaced (disco 3 2005 diesel).
Before it went for repair the only fault the car had was intermittent suspension fault (orange suspension light) which was proved to be the compressor (I brought a compressor service kit but didn't get round to using it as it was only intermittent)
The car comes back with a constant red suspension fault on display.... so I repair the compressor with the service kit and my friend resets the fault codes only for them to instantly come back with the red suspension fault to reappear. The suspension works up and down fine? Is the car in calibration mode? Please help
Oh and the fault codes are C1A18 And C1A00.
I am waiting for the garage to call today to see If they tried to calibrate it.
Also they the dethreaded the coolant expansion tank bleed screw (found coolant leaking), so I ordered a new one which arrived but doesn't fit as it is larger with a larger thread. (Any ideas why it's different in size).
Thanks

Ok so they are sending me a replacement new coolant tank as it's old and you can't get replacement bleed screws apparently.
Any help with the suspension fault??
I've reset the fault codes today and they instantly come back as the compressor runs...
Fault codes:
Ride level control module
C1A13 pops up as soon as you try to raise
C1A00 pops up straight after reset
C1A18 pops up intermittent
Any help would be much appreciated

These are all incomplete codes, the only C1A13 is:
There are 5 C1A00 codes, which range from low battery voltage to system not calibrated.
C1A18:

Thanks for the help...
My friend only has a cheap fault code reader (using laptop)
Ok so maybe if I replaced the reservoir valve block which comes with the pressure sensor that would eliminate most of the possibilities.
I've fitted a new battery, so not that.

This is what I'm worried about...
When it went for repair of the engine it only had an intermittent orange suspension fault and was diagnosed to be the compressor dryer etc
They call me to ask if the suspension has a fault and I was honest and said yes it needs a new compressor or dryer.
Then arrives back from having the engine replaced with a red suspension fault with the compressor cover removed and in the car?
So I'm guessing they had a look at it before they called me.

Mogwyth what about fault code C1A00?
I've just got the car to raise to off road, cleared the fault codes and C1A00 appeared straight away. Any ideas what this one means
Thanks for your help

Covers a multitude of things,
Could you post a clearer picture please as this is the fault code that is permanent and causing the red warning.
Think I need to invest in an iidtool bt any recommendations to where to buy from the cheapest site? Thanks
