Spare Wheel protection
Just fitted my new AD blu RLD Wheel protector today
Kept meaning to do it, but time went on and having been a victim some yrs back should of done it much sooner.
What spurred me on was in recent weeks at various equestrian events I noticed that 1 in 2 Disco 3 & 4's had their spare wheel missing D4 Landmark MY16 Santorini Black THE LAST
D4 HSE MY12 Marmais Teal: Gone. Missed a lot!
Freelander 2 SD HSE MY11 Silver:Thankfully gone.
D4 HSE MY11 Silver: Gone missed !
Range Rover Sport MY06 HSE Buck Blue: Gone missed!
Discovery D2 TD5 Facelift MY Red Gone Missed!
Discovery D2 TD5 Cobalt Blue: Gone Missed!
Discovery D1 Auto Oxford Blue Not missed at all!
Discovery D1 Avalon Blue First LR! missed!
Take them off if parking & leaving thier Disco in an unattended area.
I saw aspare wheel nicked from a Defender in the local sainsbury store....broad daylight.
It doesn't stop at spare wheels, I'm told that headlamps are or were a target.
My headlamps have a security screw added by me.
There was a spate of windscreen wiper blades being nicked from around here too..BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.

I dont see how you can nick the tailights without having the tailgate open, in which case you could then unwind the spare wheel and nick the removeable towbar as you'd be in the boot anyway
Might as well have everything away in one go
