Got a pair of side steps but not got round to getting them fitted
Anyone know of anyone able to do this around Chandlers Ford?
Have tried West 4x4 but the guy seemed a little reluctant for a small job plus I have to get there and get transport home whilst he does it. Wondered if anyone else worth trying ? D4 HSE - Aintree Green

I have a trolley jack and tools here if you want to do this one day over Easter?
I've never fitted side steps before but I'm sure it can't be any more difficult than replacing ARB bushes!

its a really easy job, it just looks daunting when you start cutting big holes in your sill covers, but even this is easy as they are all marked up on the rear of them. A decent jigsaw is useful.
Even taking it easy, drinking tea, job will be done in under 2 hours.

I have a set of sills that I took off my D3 which had side steps on, then I fitted rock sliders. So if you want these rather than cut yours you can have them for £20 collect. Or I can meet up around Fareham area as I'm down there at least one day a week.
