Anyone York area with fault code reader?

Hi, got the amber suspension warning light coming on the D3, is there anyone in the York area that could 'plug in' and see what the fault code (if any) reads.

Cheers

Paul.

So all done this morning, comes up as new compressor needed.
To be honest that doesn't surprise me I know it's the original Hitachi one and it's done 10 yrs service on the car.
So Pete recommended AMK and will do the update for me after I've fitted it just need to find a reasonably priced unit.
Thanks Geoff for putting me in touch with him.

Well I guess it's always good to finish a thread off with a positive (hopefully) end result.
Fitted a Dunlop air compressor over the weekend and fingers crossed the amber warning light that was eventually coming on continuously has not come back on..
When we fitted it we noticed that the top air pipe had been rubbing against the handbrake cable and had a hole in the pipe something maybe having a look at if your in that area.
I decided on the Dunlop because of funds available at the time, I was concerned that the amber warning light was coming on all the time and my partner was using the car with the kids in, and If the red light came on the car would go into limp mode.
Price I paid was £327.00 inc relay and the chassis clips, the best price for the AMK unit was £543.00 as it would have to include the conversion kit.
So if you have a similar problem and a similar fault diagnosis that I had, replace the compressor.
Many thanks to Beanie and Pete at Bell House Autos for help given.

Paul
