yep all done at long last Thumbs Up

have u checked the normal places , i.e. the connector under the seat and have u plugged in an iid for any fault codes to indicate what they are , are the wires that go from the seat belts too tight , are they pulling on the connector, try moving the wires to see if the light comes on or off

many thks, has indeed been a long winded fix, but that's down to my inexperience

however have learnt a lot where things are , just refused to quit, bit like a dog with a bone Rolling with laughter

mot is due in july , so will be going in a month early

shame i couldn't get it in any earlier Thumbs Up

pleased it's nearly all put back together and looking half decent again

also hope in future it may help others who have this kind of fault , or removing headliners etc

hi

got really bored today and was so nice i got the headliner out all ready for me to replace the drivers side curtain airbags

daft question, battery has been disconnected , after i've plugged in the new air bags , is it a simple question of just reconnecting the battery plse

know the iid will allow me to reset the main srs ecu to normal service condition

just wish to make sure if there's anything that needs to be done before the battery is reconnected

as always aplogises for asking a daft question

many thks Thumbs Up

ps, are there any pics anyone would like me to take while the headliner is out ,

cool joob

Hi @Famousfive, many of the clips were fine to resuse , just took my time and went back fine, hardest part was removing it without creasing it
