Looks like you are starting to make some progress with that information.
Two questions, cannot see from the picture but does the new curtain air bag go down the "A" pillar as well? It should.
Second question and a thought outside the box. You say you have up graded the passenger seat to full electric, is the drivers side still manual and if so is there a chance there is a different resistance between the two seat air bags and so seeing a difference and giving the fault, just a random though that one MY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Old picture shows all faults, new ECU faults, does this make a difference to faults shown?
i just where i selected just the srs faults instead of all of them

sorry , hadn't taken an updated pic of the new airbags fitted , ooopppsss, you've got sharp eyes , lol
ref the seat airbags , a very good question
the newer seats came with seat airbags, i removed them and put my seat airbags from the manual ones into the electric ones
however i don't think the seat airbags went off, as i would assume it would tear the seat covers apart when they go off, they were both closed
found out about resistors , being plugged in the place of airbags to eliminate them, however found out it won't work if there is any chance of crash data in the srs ecu
going to put the clock spring all back today , rechecking all the wires along the way
where to go next , mmmmmmmmm i wonder , lol
still having so much fun

now got to find out what circuit is which , as it can tell me what number relates to which airbag
slowly getting there ,
nothing like a challenge and refuse to be beaten

Really silly out the box thought, is your battery fully charged and is it worth doing a hard reset and then checking againMY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

is a brand new battery
has been disconnected for 24 x hours
only put the terminals back in today
even checked the fuse as well
by the looks of the live data i assume by getting readings the wiring and airbags must be ok,
number 7 looks high
just trying to find out what circuit goes to which , as i thought then if i can find out that will indentify the error
well in theory
getting close and know this bleeding thing won't beat me

Interesting live values. Didn't know you could get that much detail 8)
yeah it's worth finding out which airbag is 10 ohms. That stands out as odd.
I guess you start by disconnecting one airbag at a time, on the right side of the car, and see which value changes, and record the results in here for others.
Also worth turning the key in the passenger switch and ensuring the values swap round

hi pete
ref the iid live readings , erm neither did i
thought at least it will be handy for us to know in the future
so that if someone else has probs can then use the iid to see what's wrong
yes agree ref the passenger seat switch and a good call, will turn that back on, may even bee the 10 x ohms reading
fingers crossed the end is near to getting this finally resolved
more importantly giving everyone some peace of me asking
hopefully it will be of some use to others in the end

I thought that the SRS module neeeded to be replaced after a crash? Or programmed again by one of the srs systems resetters!Bodsys Brake Bible

hi bodsy
from what i've read if there isnt any crash data fault codes i should be able to reset it
got to find out what circuit is causing the 10 ohms reading, as i think that's the one that's now causing the issue and not allowing me to reset the srs ecu back to service condition
going to unplug the airbags one by one , starting with the 2 x curtain airbags that i've replaced
i've got a horrible feeling one of them are faulty , but won't know until i unplug them and see what the ohms readings are
all good fun

hi pete
that would be great if u could list urs please , so i can then compare what sound airbag readings are plse
hope that's not cheeky me asking
it's in the untested live value area
there's a lot more in that section

Did you unplug the air bags and check the values
Still think like I said earlier that it is to do with resetting the air bag Ecu as Bodsy also thinksMY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange
