so, coming to the end of 2 year extended warranty on approved used D4. MOT had a couple of advisories - suspension wishbone and mounts, iirc. SWMBO was going to ring dealer to get it in to be checked and done under warranty if warranty covered it. Forgot. Reminded. Forgot. Then rang this afternoon after reminder, to be told warranty expired yesterday.
Do we argue the toss? Accept that suspension components won't be covered? Point to the fact that we rang LR a couple of weeks ago to register it, but no reference no?
