2005 disco broken crank - advice

Hi all
I'm looking for some advice on whether to break my disco 3 or to sell it as it is.
It's a high mileage 185k ish late 2005 disco 3. Unfortunately last week the engine seized (suspect crank)

What would you guys advise to get as much money back from the thing as we can!!
