Both talk about the EU, these politicians of such a low level could agree on a single sticker for all Europe I think, because among other cartoons, motorway pass, eco stickers, MOT, insurance etc ... we will end up not seeing the road, not to mention the different criteria in each country, for example my D3 has a green sticker in Germany and red sticker in France....all have to be located in the lower right corner of the glass ... ie I have a traffic light on my D3 I do not understand....
