Discovery block testing

Hi , I am trying to make a good engine , I have a complete engine from a Peugeot 407 that run perfectly , and I know the engine block is different . I have an engine block I have purchased seperately and I'm looking for a company that is able to check that the block is serviceable , i.e not warped as the crankshaft had broken , but the oil pump wasn't cracked . I need to find a company that can actually test the block before I strip the 407 engine , any ideas ?

I've had block work done by a couple of good builders - race engines but the process is the same and they have all the correct gear ready to go:

- EDA at Castleford 01977 516622 - ask for Kenny Coleman
- ICE at Siverstone 01327 858992 - ask for Nick or Rob. They worked on a 427 Big Block Ford for me including crack testing, line boring, honing, cross bolting, etc.

As your local to me, Head Technique in Telford would be worth talking to.

They're head specialists, if they can't check it, they'll no doubt know who can Thumbs Up
