Discovery 4 xenon install
Does anyone have any information on what mods are required to get the adaptive bending functions working on a discovery that did not come with them as standed. I have the headlights installed but just not sure if it's a software alteration, hardware install, wiring mod or all three.
Any information would be much appreciated

It's a major job with an ecu needed to be installed as I understand. It's not like the d3 install unfortunately. I have installed the xenons in my d4 and have the cornering lights bit not the adaptive side.
One of the site sponsors was lining at a retro install to make it work. Will have a quick check who it was and post backUpgrades so far - , rear ladder from prospeed , front and rear light guards G4 style roof rack and 4 lightforce spots on the rack! Xenon lights

It's a full wire in and ecu install, the ecu connects into the loom behind the CJB, not a job for the faint Harare hearted, easier without upper dashboard on place, then it's 4 additional canbus wires to the lamp units if I recall correctly

I wouldn't have had a problem faking the quote. My IT skills, like my mechanical skills, are legendary.

Seems like it could be a bit more hassle than it's worth for little gain. If it was software related or minor work then I could be tempted but buying ECU' looks to be an expensive route and think I could spend the money elsewhere on other mods.
Thanks for the info tho
