Whats the best diagnostic tool for 59plate disco 4?

sorry if this has been said before I've tried looking on here but had no luck.. I'm looking for the best software or device to do everything with the disco. is jlr the only one that will set up cars features? like ids does with fords? i have the wow software but this does hardly anything?

Thanks for the reply m8 it's just so expensive I only use it once lol. I've got a vcm2 does anyone know if jlr ssd will work with it?
