Under bonnet fuse box replace?

Come somebody plz give me a bit of advise on changing the under bonnet fuse box plz, my wipers started goin by themselves and have traced the problem 2 the rubber seal around the engine bay had come off at the corner causing water 2 get in2 my fuse box Rolling Eyes tryed drying it out hitch hair dryer etc but still no joy, is there plugs on the underside of the fuse board or is it a cut and join each wire? A bit of insite in2 the job b4 I start would b much appreciated 👍

You had best unbolt the fuse box and remove the bottom cover to see what job you are getting into Shocked

The fuse box is part of the whole front end wiring loom...

It wont be the fuse box, its more likly to be the main ecu behind the battery, there are three plugs on the top of it, check these for water ingress. There are no plugs underneath the fuse box its all wired in direct.

What Flack said.

Take out the battery to access the ECU behind it, take out the plugs and examine the sockets and connections for water ingress. Corrosion of the connection can and does cause all sorts of problems. At best you'll just have to clean everything and it'll all be working again. At worst you'll need a new ECU, but first things first, get in there and check it out.
