Do all Range Rover SportS have these 'V8' bigger brakes? (I know some have brembo 4 pot)

Which one of the V8 upgrade do you recommend, is most expensive better?

I think there are a few things at play here.
Many people do the V8 upgrade when their brakes need replacing so probably even replacing with standard would make a difference.
We have V8 front and rear on ours and one thing to remember is the friction area isn't changed but the disc area is increased so there is better heat dissapation. This makes a difference if you do longer break runs.
We can all argue that if you are driving/planning well it shouldn't be an issue.
Ours felt sharper almost immediately but that had to be due to the fact that everything was new as there would be absolutely no difference in bite from cold.
Before I did it I had a couple of time where on a spirited drive I though I wasn't going to slow down enough for a roundabout, it stopped perfectly fine but it felt very disconcerting. Before that I had never had any concerns and it has never been an issue since the upgrade.
All my calipers have been stripped, blasted and rebuilt so they are out of the equation too. Sticky calipers generate more heat.
In theory the V8 discs should last longer too as there is more metal there.IID PRO

More leverage on the disc = less pedal effort required = less heatMy D3 Build Thread

Good point yes as the grip point is moved further out so leverage increased, I hadn't thought about that
The discs are bigger so the disc area is increased, I appreciate what I wrote could be misunderstood as being the pad touches more of the disc but it doesn'tIID PRO
