So cubby box usb normally works fine charges iPhone no problem. Now it’s stopped charging and trying to play music from iPhone (none on phone) also causing in built satnav to freeze and crash (works fine if phone unplugged) very odd any tips to fix ?

If you still have probs after a reset, pop the usb unit out and check the connection. If that’s ok, take the centre console top off and check the grey USB plug there, if that’s ok, take the head unit out and check that. If that’s ok your then into replacing the USB module in the cubby box lid.
